Fun at the Grove

As a family one Wednesday night we decided to walk to downtown Boise. We went to check out alive after five. This is something that I had not done since I was little. It was tons of fun. Rayna played in the fountain and absolutely loved it! She laughed so much. She thought that it was so cool that water was shooting out of the ground. She kept saying Whoa! We had a blast just walking around and playing in the water. Rayna was very sad to leave the fountains though. 

Family Camping near Sagehen

We had a fun weekend camping near Sagehen. we left later than we planned on Friday night so our usual spot that we like was already gone :( So we just kept driving until we found one. We found this spot right next to a meadow and nobody else was around. Well a couple of hours later someone pulled in across from the meadow. they had four wheeler's and played music until midnight. We put Rayna to bed later than usual in hopes that she would just be exhausted and sleep really well. She had a hard time going to sleep because we were in the tent too. We should have waited for her to go to sleep first before we came in the tent. Oh well. live and learn. Rayna did pretty good once she fell asleep. She woke up around 3 because she was cold. So her and I went and slept in the car. This way then at least Jeff was able to get some sleep. Rayna was so cute! She wanted me to hold her. She fell asleep finally and she was hogging my pillow so I could not move. We slept until almost 9.

We then got up and had breakfast and got dressed. We packed up the car and then went on a hike. The hike turned out to be way shorter than we thought. That was okay though because it was getting hot. Rayna and I were also getting very tired. after the hike we finished loading up the car and headed out. We had a fun little camping trip as a little family :)
